ONOVA uses the information you choose to submit to discuss your website enquiry. Contact us at info@onovasite.com about your information or to request its correction or deletion.
Enquiry forms
We receive your name, contact details and any website, design direction or project description you provide. Please do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information. Enquiries are sent through Formspree and a server-side Telegram integration so we can respond. These services process the information under their own privacy terms.
Usage statistics
Google Analytics is loaded only if you allow analytics. It records page visits and events such as a completed enquiry or a contact-button click. We do not send form contents, names, phone numbers or email addresses as analytics event parameters. Google may process technical data and use analytics cookies. Your choice is saved in this browser; you can change it using “Analytics settings” in the footer.
Hosting and external services
Our hosting provider may process technical request logs for website operation and security. Links to email, telephone, Telegram and WhatsApp open the services you choose. Demo pages may load Google Fonts. Enquiry information is used for responding and any subsequent work you agree with us; it is not used for unsolicited marketing.
